or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or

Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at shop@cannvital.com. Upon approval, we’ll send
you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send
your package. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it
right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products,

concerns about your specific item. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate
purchase for the new item.
Refunds

method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
